Green Economy Through Sustainable Mountain Tourism
Full communications package for a regional development initiative promoting green economy and sustainable mountain tourism across the South Caucasus. We delivered brand identity, digital campaigns, video production, and large-scale public events reaching over 100,000 people.
School of Europe — Civic Education Programme
Brand identity, publications, digital campaigns, and event communications for a nationwide EU-funded civic education initiative delivered through UNOPS. The programme engaged over 200 schools across three countries.

Public Administration Reform (PAR) Programme
End-to-end brand and communication strategy for Georgia’s Public Administration Reform, including brand book, communication framework, and implementation planning. Delivered government training, ensured donor visibility compliance, and strengthened institutional capacity for transparent, citizen-focused communication.

EVET — EU Vocational Education & Training
Communications strategy, brand toolkit, digital presence, and event coordination for a vocational education reform project funded by the EU Delegation. Delivered a full suite of visibility materials and coordinated 30+ stakeholder events.

UNOPS – School of Europe Tbilisi
End-to-end branding and communication support for the EU-funded School of Europe in Tbilisi, implemented by UNOPS. Betterfly developed the project’s visual identity, launched a bilingual website, and delivered integrated digital and multimedia campaigns to promote the IB curriculum, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and support Georgia’s alignment with European education standards.

ADB – Modern Skills for Better Jobs Program (Subprogram 1)
End-to-end communication and marketing support for Georgia’s VET reform under the ADB-funded “Modern Skills for Better Jobs” program. Betterfly designed and is implementing a 3-year communication strategy, delivering nationwide campaigns, digital ecosystems, and public engagement activities to increase awareness, drive enrolment, and promote inclusive participation—particularly among women—in skills development programmes.
